Judy Sandberg

judy sandbergJudy Sandberg is the director of the Enterprise Project Management Office.

Sandberg holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Texas State University, is a graduate of LBJ School of Public Affairs' Governor's Executive Development Program, and has been a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) since 2002.

She brings over 30 years of experience working in Texas Health and Human Services (HHS) agencies in varied director and manager roles in Business Improvement, Information Technology, Operations Analysis, and Project Management Offices (PMO).

Sandberg has served as Chair of the National Social Security Administration (SSA) System Consortia, President of the National State Agencies KPMG Versa Users Group, Chair of the Information Resources Management Committee at Texas Department of Information Resources (DIR), and Chair of the Texas State Agency IT Coordinating Subcommittee (SACC IT).

She earned national recognition twice, winning the SSA Associate Commissioner's Award for leadership and completing projects which introduced new technology to improve services for people who live in Texas.
