Subject: Correction to Registration Fee Schedule for 2006 (FEE CHART 1C)
These documents contain text of correspondence sent by TxDOT to the county tax assessor-collectors, statutory agents who provide vehicle registration and titling services for citizens in Texas. This information is provided to apprise the general public of issues affecting the state's vehicle titling and registration process.
PURPOSE
To provide you with a corrected copy of Fee Chart 1C, Local County Fees and Registration Fees.
DETAILS
This Registration and Title Bulletin rescinds Fee Chart 1C previously distributed with RTB 104-05.
The Vehicle Titles and Registration Division has corrected Fee Chart 1C due to an error with Irion and Val Verde counties. The correction was to remove the $1.50 Child Safety fee. The correct local fee is $10 for both counties.
