Subject: Registration Renewal Notice Print-Mail Schedule and National Change of Address (NCOA)
These documents contain text of correspondence sent by TxDOT to the county tax assessor-collectors, statutory agents who provide vehicle registration and titling services for citizens in Texas. This information is provided to apprise the general public of issues affecting the state's vehicle titling and registration process.
PURPOSE
To provide information concerning the registration renewal notice print-mail schedule for September 2007 through October 2008.
DETAILS
The Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT), Vehicle Titles and Registration Division (VTR) mails more than 20 million vehicle registration renewal notices annually. We use a National Change of Address vendor to ensure our renewal recipient addresses are current and as accurate as possible. The following registration renewal notice print-mail schedule was reformatted for your convenience:
