Subject: Enterprise Fleet Management Inc. Employee Signatures
PURPOSE
To inform you that this Registration and Title Bulletin rescinds certain information contained in the listserv message sent April 22, 2010, regarding Documents for Change of Ownership to Enterprise FM Trust.
DETAILS
In the April 22, 2010, listserv, it was specified that only certain employees of Enterprise FM Trust would be authorized to sign titles for approximately 18,000 motor vehicles currently titled in Texas under any Enterprise subsidiary names. The authorized employees names were listed on Attachment A of that notification.
Enterprise Fleet Management Inc., recently informed the department that effective May 31, 2011, any Enterprise Fleet Management Inc. employee has the legal authority (Power of Attorney) to sign a vehicle title as needed to conduct business for the company (see attachment).
To revise the previous information regarding Enterprise FM Trust, when a form 130-U application is received:
- Verify that the Applicant/Owner's Name(s) is "Enterprise FM Trust";
- Verify the assignment on the surrendered title reflects the new owner name as shown on the Form 130-U.
