PURPOSE
To inform you of changes to the WebSub application.
DETAILS
The following are updates to the WebSub application covered in the WebSub Version 1.3.0 Release Notes. We recognize that not all counties currently use WebSub; however, we would like to keep everyone informed as we continue to enhance the application. The statewide release will be distributed the evening of Monday, February 25th, and will be available for use on Tuesday, February 26th. The following are a few of the exciting new changes included in this release:
Voided Transactions
With this release, WebSub now captures Voided Transaction Information. When a transaction is voided within WebSub, users will be able to see when the void occurred and who processed the void. If a transaction is voided in RTS after approval of the batch, users will see when the void occurred, who processed the void, and the RTS Transaction ID.
For all transactions voided prior to this release, no Voided Transaction Information will display.
Find Batch Function
When searching for a specific batch, WebSub previously only allowed four digits in the Batch ID field. With the increase of transactions processed through WebSub, in this release, the Batch ID field has been increased to allow seven digits.
Error Code Messages
The job aid for all error codes and corresponding messages has been updated to reflect the most current information.
